Paul is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. He earned a Bachelor of Science from UW-Oshkosh and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Paul began his finance career in New York City with Chase Manhattan Bank, followed by 20 years at Bank of America as a Credit Officer and Project Manager/Team Leader.

Paul Minick, CFP®, CPFC®

Financial Education Advisor

John is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants.  He earned a BBA from UW-Whitewater and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs (WICPA).  Prior to joining Spectrum, John worked in public accounting for 10 years, followed by 27 years as a Controller.

John Miller, CPFC®

Financial Education Advisor

Jon is a financial education advisor for the firm, providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. He earned a bachelor’s in business from UW-Stevens Point and holds the Investment Advisor Representative license (Series 65).  Prior to joining Spectrum, Jon’s career provided him with a broad range of business, management, and leadership experience. He also spent several years in private retail consulting.
Jon is married with 2 children and lives in Mequon, WI.  When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Jon also has 2 dogs and is certified as a therapy dog handler.  Among other activities, Jon enjoys travel, outdoor activities, fitness, and participating in multiple charitable causes.

Jon Jesse, CPFC®

Financial Education Advisor

Elizabeth is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. She started her career in 1990 with Strong Capital Management and subsequently worked for Wells Fargo Funds Management and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.  She is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Philosophy and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).

Elizabeth Walter, CPFC®

Financial Education Advisor

Laura is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®),
providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. She earned a BA in Journalism from UW-Milwaukee and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Laura started her career in 1987 with Merrill Lynch, she subsequently spent 15 years with Strong Capital Management, Inc. providing services for their compliance, sales, and marketing groups.
