David is the Director of Financial Education for the firm, responsible for employee educational meetings, providing one-on-one investment consultations, and coordination of the financial advisor education team.  David has been in the retirement services industry since 2011, he is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®) and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).

David Radowski, CPFC®

Director of Financial Education

Paul is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. He earned a Bachelor of Science from UW-Oshkosh and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Paul began his finance career in New York City with Chase Manhattan Bank, followed by 20 years at Bank of America as a Credit Officer and Project Manager/Team Leader.

Paul Minick, CPFC®

Elizabeth is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. She started her career in 1990 with Strong Capital Management and subsequently worked for Wells Fargo Funds Management and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services.  She is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Philosophy and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).

Elizabeth Walter, CPFC®

Financial Education Advisor

Angie is the event coordinator and communications editor for the firm, responsible for planning the annual Retirement Plan Investment Seminars, Spectrum Investor® Coffee House Educational Series, held three times a year in our office, and the annual client appreciation golf outing.  Angie also writes a column in our quarterly newsletter and is responsible for marketing compliance and assisting with investment performance reviews and proposals.  Angie earned a BA in English from Carthage College, graduating cum laude, and a MA in Mass Communication from UW-Milwaukee.  She has been in the retirement plan industry since 2004.

Laura is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®),
providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. She earned a BA in Journalism from UW-Milwaukee and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65). Laura started her career in 1987 with Merrill Lynch, she subsequently spent 15 years with Strong Capital Management, Inc. providing services for their compliance, sales, and marketing groups.

Laura Schnoor, CPFC®

Prior to joining Spectrum Investment Advisors, Chris worked at Fiserv and U.S. Bank as a financial services technology consultant.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Madison and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).

Yesica provides one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants. She earned a postgraduate degree in Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Medellin, Colombia. Yesica holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (series 65), and she is currently pursuing her MBA in finance at Marquette University.

John is a Certified Personal Finance Counselor (CPFC®), providing one-on-one investment consultations to retirement plan participants.  He earned a BBA from UW-Whitewater and holds the Investment Adviser Representative license (Series 65).  He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs (WICPA).  Prior to joining Spectrum, John worked in public accounting for 10 years, followed by 27 years as a Controller.
